Sometimes, the smallest gestures carry the biggest messages of love and hope.
On October 21, our Highland Rotarians and friends came together for a truly special evening supporting HicksStrong Inc. and its beautiful Hug Mugs mission.
With paintbrushes in hand and compassion in our hearts, 27 participants created one-of-a-kind mugs that will be sent to active-duty military members and veterans who are in need of support for their mental health. Each mug is more than a colorful creation. It is a heartfelt reminder that someone cares, someone is thinking of them, and they are not alone.
Thanks to the generosity of everyone who joined us, we raised more than $1600 to support this meaningful mission!
