 ion will not only help fund mental health services for active-duty service
  members and veterans\, but you’ll also paint a special Hug Mug that wil
 l be given to them upon their call for help as a reminder that they are lo
 ved\, appreciated\, and supported. A limited number of seats are available
 . A light meal (sandwiches and deli salads) will be served. Registration i
 s required by October 16th.  HicksStrong was founded in memory of U.S. Nav
 y Sailor ABH Macoy Hicks and works to remove barriers that can prevent mil
 itary members and veterans from receiving mental health care. In addition 
 to its Hug Mug program\, HicksStrong connects service members with qualifi
 ed mental health therapists and covers the cost of their care.
